Vasquez Rocks Engagement: Elana & Kyle

Katy and I had so much fun with Elana and Kyle at their engagement session (and if you know anything about me, you get bonus points if you bring your dog), haha.

Vasquez Rocks has to be one of the coolest places to photograph, with out going too far away. It feels like you’re on an entirely different planet (which makes sense, since they filmed a number of “Star Trek” productions here and a million other movies and TV shows), and it certainly doesn’t feel as though you’re only right outside of LA.

These two (or three, rather) couldn’t be sweeter! Bringing a vintage bottle of Dom Pérignon with them, because it was so hot that day, the bottle popped prematurely with out Kyle even realizing it, so the reaction caught was entirely organic. We couldn’t stop laughing. It was the perfect way to end the most fun afternoon together.

I can’t wait for these two to tie the knot in Montecito next year!
