On Thanksgiving Eve, Katy and I took the scenic drive down to Palos Verdes for Molly and John’s engagement session at Terranea Resort. Now for those of you who don’t know, Molly is Katy’s best friend, sister, ride or die, Maid of Honor, etc., and they even have an MK tattoo for their names (not Michael Kors) to prove it! Anyway, Molly and John got engaged about two months before us (thanks for the pressure John 😉 ha), and are getting married two months before us too, so next year is going to be one big party.
I had so much fun with Kathryn and Will a couple of weeks ago in Westlake Village! We were originally planning to shoot at a different location, but Kathryn made an incredible game time decision to change to a nearby outdoor park. Man, am I so glad she did! This location was 5 minutes away from my house, and was my first time ever shooting there (it was right under my nose and I didn’t event know it). Kathryn and Will brought a bluetooth speaker playing some of their favorite tunes – I’m definitely making music mandatory for all shoots now…
Greystone Mansion has got to be one of my all time favorite locations in Los Angeles. Tucked away in Beverly Hills, this iconic landmark was built in 1928 and has more character than you’ll know what to do with. Janet and Andy came dressed perfectly for a Greystone Mansion Engagement Session.
Malibu Creek is definitely one my clients’ favorite places for engagement photos (and mine, too!). It never disappoints with its beautiful rolling hills and stunning golden sunsets. To top it off, I always have the pleasure of taking in all of its beauty with some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met! Pam and Bryan are […]
Getting to shoot Ashleigh and Don’s engagement photos in Moorpark a few weeks ago was a complete honor. While all engagement sessions are special to me, this one truly warmed my heart, and you will understand why, as you keep reading. A rare Tinder success story, Ashleigh and Don had their first date on October […]
What’s better than a Disneyland Engagement Session? Doing a Disneyland Engagement Session with two Disneyland professionals! I’m not kidding, Leanna and Tommy are the real deal! They know the happiest place on earth so well that their friends even have them make personal maps for them! They even invited Katy and myself to come back with them another […]
Solstice Canyon is such a stunning place – I can’t believe this was actually my first time shooting there! We had to postpone our first scheduled Solstice Canyon engagement session because of the rain, but I am so thrilled that we did, because it truly is always the prettiest after it rains. This was my […]
You know when you meet someone and you feel like you’ve know them your whole life? Well, that is exactly how I felt with Daria and Dewey at their McCormick Ranch engagement session! Right off the bat, I knew our friendship would continue on after their wedding. My main goal during an engagement session is to […]
I had so much fun working with Kaitlin and Ryan a few weeks ago for their engagement session at Walnut Grove in Moorpark, CA. These two are so clearly in love, and I think that truly shines through in every photo. Kaitlin and Ryan met when they both worked at California Pizza Kitchen and they […]
Hollywood, CA Engagement – Raja and Meaghan were role model clients this past weekend. They came prepared with perfect wardrobe changes and a plan of action. We started our journey first by stopping at small coffee shop right of Franklin Avenue to grab a cup of tea. That was the quickest coffee shop stop. (Hey, that […]
